Walkers can now delight in Reading as the famous St James Way, the UK stretch of the Camino de Santiago, waymarkers in and around town are now complete.  Tread the path that thousands have followed in years gone by on your very own pilgrimage. Reading a town full of surprises, with links to Oscar Wilde, Jane Austen, King Henry I, football, and biscuits! Ones to watch this year is The Reading Half Marathon (14th April 24), Reading Walking Festival (11th - 19th May 2024), and the fantastic Reading Festival (21st - 25th August) which returns for another year.
