About

Under the experience guidance of the Somerset Bodgers, on this ever popular six-day course you can make your very own Windsor chair from scratch.

With expert guidance from experienced tutors, you can learn the skills you need to make your own elegant Windsor chair on this six day course.

Using hand tools and green woodworking techniques, this course revives some of the oldest traditions of English chair making.

No previous experience is required for this course but the work can be physically challenging. If you have any queries or concerns please contact us at tyntesfield@nationaltrust.org.uk

This workshop is suitable for ages 16+
