The Marlborough team know a thing or two about great food and wine, whether recommending the perfect pairing for your favourite dish, sharing stories of their suppliers or favourite recipes, they’re passionate about fantastic food experiences.

You can meet the team and discover more at the foodie events held regularly in the restaurant. Join the team for signature dish events where you can watch the head chef recreate one of Rick’s classic dishes, before enjoying the dish with a glass of wine. Head Chef, Kev, shares the knowledge gained from years in the industry at masterclasses. From fish filleting to shellfish preparation, you can learn new culinary skills, discover hints and tips to make your life easier in the kitchen and enjoy plenty of tasters along the way. You can also join the team for cosy supper clubs, hosted by General Manager, Kevin; focusing on good food and great conversation you’ll enjoy a two-course menu put together by Head Chef Kev, who’ll talk you through each of the dishes as they’re served.

Kevin, Kev and the team look forward to welcoming you for a leisurely lunch, dinner or for one of their foodie experiences.
