Great West Way® Travel Trade Marketplace 2025 is a hybrid event with a virtual meeting day on Tuesday 23 September and a networking day on Thursday 25 September in Hungerford. The networking day includes a journey on a horse drawn canal boat with Kennet Horse Boat Co. plus lunch and tours at a beautiful new venue - Carvers Hill Estate, who have recently opened vineyard and winery tours and new luxury woodland cabins.

This event will bring together tour operators and wholesalers with products and services that feature on the route, including attractions, hotels, transport, ground handlers and other sectors of the route’s tourism infrastructure.

The aim of the event is to facilitate relationships between tourism businesses and destinations to meet buyers who are interested in contracting and developing new Great West Way programmes, marketing and distributing these to their customers.
