You agree not to use the Website in a way that may impair the performance, corrupt the content or otherwise reduce the overall functionality of the Website. You also agree not to compromise the security of the Website or attempt to gain access to secured areas or sensitive information.
You agree to be fully responsible for any claim, expense, liability, losses, costs including legal fees incurred by us arising from any infringement of the terms and conditions set out in this agreement.
Great West Way reserves the right to change any part of this agreement without notice and your use of the Website will be deemed as acceptance of this agreement. We advise users to regularly check the Terms and Conditions of this agreement.
Great West Way has complete discretion to modify or remove any part of this site without warning or liability arising from such action.
Great West Way will under no circumstance be liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages including any loss of business, revenue, profits, or data in relation to your use of the Website.
Nothing within this Agreement will operate to exclude any liability for death or personal injury arising as result of the negligence of Great West Way its employees or agents.
All intellectual property of Great West Way such as trademarks, trade names, patents, registered designs and any other automatic intellectual property rights derived from the aesthetics or functionality of the Website remain the property of Great West Way.
By using the Website you agree to respect the intellectual property rights of Great West Way and will refrain from copying, downloading, transmitting, reproducing, printing, or exploiting for commercial purpose any material contained within the Website.
Great West Way cannot be held responsible nor accept any liability for complaints or claims of any nature arising from any accommodation booking, nor for any loss or damage which may be suffered by you or other members of your party, during or as a result of your stay at the accommodation establishment. Any complaint(s) relating to the accommodation should be dealt directly with the owner, and is subject to the accommodation provider's terms and conditions. Your statutory rights as a consumer will not be affected.
The Website may contain hyperlinks to websites operated by other parties. We do not control such websites and we take no responsibility for, and will not incur any liability in respect of, their content. Our inclusion of hyperlinks to such websites does not imply any endorsement of views, statements or information contained in such websites.
If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck out and the remaining provisions shall remain in force.
This Agreement will be governed by the laws of England and any user of the Website hereby agrees to be bound exclusively by the jurisdiction of English courts without reference to rules governing choice of laws.

Great West Way will provide the services mentioned in the itinerary. Great West Way shall act only as agents for the passenger in making arrangements for hotels, transportation, restaurants, or any other service that is agreed.
The passage contract in use by the airlines concerned, when issued, shall constitute the sole contract between the airline(s) and you and Great West Way accept no responsibility for any additional expense, omissions, delays, re-routing or acts of any government or authority.
Force Majeure: Great West Way shall not be in breach of these terms and conditions nor liable for delay in performing, or failure to perform, any of its obligations under these terms and conditions if such delay or failure results from events, circumstances or causes beyond its reasonable control, including without limitation, acts of God, flood, drought, earthquake (or other natural disaster), epidemic or pandemic, fire, strike or any law or action taken by a government of public authority.
Limitation of Liability: References to liability include every kind of liability arising under or in connection with our arrangement including but not limited to liability in contract, delict (including negligence), misrepresentation, restitution or otherwise.
Great West Way shall have no liability to you for:
• any loss or damage to your property; or
• any personal injury, illness or death caused or suffered in connection with our engagement; or
• any indirect or consequential loss or damage (whether in the form of loss of profit or otherwise) howsoever arising.
Great West Way shall have no liability for losses, damages, costs, claims and / or expenses which arise as a consequence (whether direct or otherwise) of:
• the information provided by you and / or on your behalf being incomplete, inaccurate, illegible, out of sequence, misleading, missing, late or deficient in any respect whatsoever; and / or
• any other failure attributable to you and / or a third party (including without limitation airlines, hotels and restaurants), and you shall indemnify us, on demand, in respect of same.
Nothing in this disclaimer shall limit any liability which cannot legally be limited, including liability for:
• death or personal injury caused by negligence; and
• fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

WHAT YOUR BUYER TICKET INCLUDES
England’s Great West Way® Virtual Travel Trade Marketplace on Wednesday 15 November 2023
This includes an online appointment schedule for one delegate to meet with tourism suppliers along or within easy reach of the route.
England’s Great West Way® Travel Trade Marketplace in-person Networking Day and Discovery Visit 17 - 19 November 2023
This includes transport to and from London on 17 and 19 November; B&B accommodation and dinner on 17 and 18 November; lunch on 17, 18 and 19 November; transport 17 – 19 November, ending at a railway station for travel back to London at approx. 6pm on Sunday 19 November.
Any additional transport, food, drink or other incidentals must be covered by individuals prior to departure.
BOOKING CONFIRMATION
Upon receipt of this booking form, a member of the Great West Way team will be in touch within five working days to confirm whether your registration has been approved or declined. Tourism service providers are not eligible.
CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations for the virtual Travel Trade Marketplace on 15 November must be received on or before Thursday 9 November 2023. Cancellations received after this date will incur a fee of £50 plus VAT per delegate.
Cancellations for the in-person networking day and discovery visits 17 – 19 November must be received on or before Friday 3 November. Cancellations received after this date will be charged £250 plus VAT per delegate.
These charges will be invoiced to the company name and address associated with delegate booking form.
By submitting your delegate booking form you are agreeing to accept these terms and conditions.
Great West Way Competition Terms and Conditions
• Competitions are open to all UK mainland residents aged 18 years or over, except for employees of Great West Way and anyone connected with the competition.
• By entering competitions, the participants agree: a) to be bound by these terms and conditions; b) that their surname and county of residence may be released if they win the prize; c) that should they win the prize, their name and likeness may be used by Great West Way for promotional purposes.
• Entries cannot be returned. Proof of postage is not proof of entry. Great West Way accepts no responsibility for entries lost or damaged in the post.
• All entrants must supply to Great West Way their full names, postal addresses, email addresses and daytime telephone number. Great West Way will only ever use your personal details for the purposes of administering this competition, and will not publish them or provide them to anyone without permission.
• Only one entry will be permitted per person, regardless of the method of entry. Bulk entries made by third parties will not be permitted.
• The winning entrant will be the first correct entry drawn at random after the closing time.
• The prize is as stated. There is no cash alternative and the prize is not transferable.
• Great West Way's decision as to the winner is final and no correspondence relating to the promotion will be entered into.
• The winner will be notified within 14 days of the close of the promotion by post/telephone/email.
• The name and county of residence of the winner may be obtained by sending a stamped, self-addressed envelope to: Great West Way, Bourne Hill, Salisbury, SP1 3UZ within 2 months of the closing date of the competition.
• Great West Way reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions or to cancel, or alter, or amend the competition promotion at any stage, if deemed necessary in its opinion, or if circumstances arise outside its control.
• If the winner is unable to be contacted within 1 calendar month of the closing date of the competition, Great West Way reserves the right to offer the prize to a runner-up, or to re-offer the prize in any future Great West Way promotion.
• Great West Way excludes liability to the full extent permitted by law for any loss, damage or injury occurring to the participant arising from his or her entry into the promotion or occurring to the winner arising from his or her acceptance of the prize.
• The promotions is subject to the laws of England.
