Relax and journey along the Great West Way using the Great West Way Discoverer pass. The Great West Way Discoverer pass makes travelling the route easy and hassle free. It includes unlimited off-peak train travel from London Paddington/Waterloo along the route to Bristol Temple Meads via Reading and or Basingstoke routes with options to branch off towards Oxford and Kemble. It also includes unlimited travel on the bus services along the route. Choose from a day pass or a week-long ticket to enjoy your Great West Way adventure.
How to get your Great West Way Discoverer pass
Domestic passes are available: on GWR.com, in GWR stations and via GWR call centre
The international three or seven-day international passes (similar to a BritRail pass) can be purchased online at ACPRail.com, where the discounted international rates apply and with no off-peak travel time restrictions. For information on the international pass contact: salesenquiries@gwr.com
o Can be purchased up to 7 days prior travel
o Can only be purchased from outside the UK
o Ticket holders need to carry a non-UK ID.
Domestic passes start from £29 and international passes start from £116
