We host up to 30 guests at once across multiple carriages, with a total capacity of 144 guests. Each carriage is staffed by professional coachmen, expert local guides, and a dedicated event coordinator, ensuring a seamless experience from start to finish.

Carriages can arrive at hotels, restaurants, and venues across Windsor, bringing your guests to the heart of royal history with elegance and ease.

Languages: Our tours are conducted in English. However, we regularly host international guests and can provide interpreters or multilingual guides (by prior arrangement) for French, Spanish, Italian, German, and Japanese-speaking visitors through our trusted local partners. Written itineraries can also be provided in multiple languages on request.

Coach Parking: Yes – carriages can collect from coach park and across Windsor.

• All Areas Accessible to Disabled Visitors - Windsor Carriages offers full accessibility support, including assistance with the hire, storage, and return of mobility scooters or wheelchairs as required, along with guidance and assistance throughout your visit to Windsor. While our heritage carriages are not wheelchair accessible, we are happy to tailor the wider experience around individual needs.
