The Battle For Black Cat is back for 2023.
Come and enjoy a great day out for all the family. There is lots to see and do. Why not have a go to see if you have what it takes to be a knight of old?
Test your skills at archery and axe throwing!
Take a walk around our market and see what wears are for sale in the market stalls, from some of the best traders around!
Grab a bite to eat or sample a glass of mead or a nice refreshing ice-cream.
Then take a trip back in time. Step into the living history encampment and see how people would camp before battle, how they dressed, ate and how they lived!
Watch as knights and archers compete to see who is the most skilled. Gunpowder smoke will drift across the land as ranks of musketeers fire vollies, horses gallop as mounted archers show their skills.
And the whole day is finished off with a battle. Watch as the Lord of black Cat and his army face off against the peasants rebellion. As two great army's clash on the field of battle who will be victorious?
And so much more, so come on down.
