Making festival debuts this year are Dame Mitsuko Uchida, who will open the festival alongside Mark Padmore, the Julian Bliss wind soloists, Chineke! with their inspirational founder Chi=chi Nwanokum the Quatuor Modigliani, whose programme included the UK premier of Mark-Anthony Turnage's 'Split Apart' and winner of the 2021 Leeds International Piano Competition, Alim Beisembayev.
Alongside these great artists new to Chipping Campden we have the long overdue return of Florilegium and welcome back festval regulars Emanuel Ax, Henning Kraggerud, Adrian Brendel, Imogen Cooper, Steven Isserlis, Richard Goode, Ex Cathedra and as ever wonderful festival president, Paul Lewis.
