About

Make your Christmas special and spend Christmas aboard The African Queen – a floating hotel on a peaceful stretch of the Thames, and be looked after by owners Andy and Bonny. Enjoy warm hospitality and mouthwatering meals combined with beautiful scenery and the pleasure of doing... absolutely nothing. Relax and visit some quintessentially English towns on the way.

Join the Cruise at Mapledurham, near Reading on Christmas Eve. On Christmas morning choose from a guided walk or a visit to St. Margaret Church before the traditional Christmas day lunch.

On Boxing Day the cruise passes along Wind in the Willows countryside and dinner is followed by an evening of parlour games.

The next day bid a fond farewell to your hosts and disembark the African Queen.
