Hungerford Heritage Market

The Croft Field Centre, The Croft, Hungerford, Berkshire, RG17 0HY
Market stalls, crafters and animals

About

Enjoy a variety of food and artisan stalls at Hungerford Heritage Market including apple pressing, mead, venison, bee-keeping and basket-weaving. Meet the producers (and a Suffolk Punch heavy horse!) who are keeping rural traditions alive.

Hungerford Heritage Market pays tribute to the rich heritage of British food and rural life. There will be an opportunity to have a go at basket weaving and rug weaving, enjoy bee-keeping and heavy horse & harness displays, learn about venison, mead-making and cut flowers and produce from a local historic walled garden. You will also have the opportunity to bring your own apples to be pressed and learn about local apple varieties.

On top of all this there will be live music, street food and a wide selection of wonderful local food, produce and gifts from local farmers and artisans including bread, honey, cheese, pies, meat, produce, cakes, preserves, plants, woodcraft, art, cards and gifts.

All the markets comply with covid regulations, with hand sanitiser, track and trace and a one-way system.

Well-behaved dogs welcome on leads.
