Out 108 boutique bedrooms are beautifully decorated with a refined take on a contemporary design. The Conference & Events centre was fully renovated in Summer 2018. 11 naturally lit metting rooms host up to 400 delegates. For an exclusive dining experience, try our classic take on a British menu in our Marco Pierre White Restaurant Bar & Grill, created only in Windsor from seasonal produce and local supplier with a Royal Warrant. For something unforgettable, enjoy our morning cream tea while watching the Cahnging of the Guard. Enjoy a fine selection of our world wines, berrs, both bottledand draught, from as near as Windsor itseld as well as Ital, Belgium and Estonia. Our tempting cocktails are sophisticated, unusal and iclude The Mermaid, inspired by the brewery history of the hotel, which, with hop vodka and barley liquior, has a seductive strength. In honor of Ian Fleming, a devotee of Castle Hotel is our Vesper Martini, Bond's drink of choice. 

Breakfast: featuring original service bells restored and remounted in our restaurant, contrasting with a selection of artwork featuring modern-day royal figures, brought to life with headline from contemporary newspaper and quotes from social media. For breakfast, we recommend our take on 'Poor knights of Windsor', a verison of eggy bread served with cream and compote, recalling the impoverished military veterans who were once lodged in Windsor Castle.
