Book direct through the hotel website or over the phone for best rates guaranteed, complimentary valet parking, complimentary breakfast included, complimentary upgrade to a suite when booking to stay for two nights or more in a Heritage Room*, Early check-in/late check-out*, and Flexible cancellation policy**.

Reservations must be cancelled by 2pm 3 days prior to arrival to avoid a penalty of the 1 night stay including tax. For bookings of 7 nights or more you must cancel the booking 7 days prior to arrival. No show charge is 100 percent of the full stay. A valid credit card is required for guarantee purposes only. For reservations of 7 nights or more, a deposit of 50% of the total stay is required at the time of booking, with the remaining 50% charged on the arrival date.
10 Day Advance Purchase rates are available. If you book one of these the hotel will contact you for full payment once you have made your booking. This rate is then non-refundable and non-transferable. If the hotel are unable to collect full prepayment from you they reserve the right to cancel your reservation.
Extra Bed Policy
Extra beds for children can be accommodated in our Deluxe double rooms, Master rooms or Suites, this will incur a charge of £50 per child per night for children aged 6 years up to 12 years old. Extra beds from 3 years up to 6 years old are free of charge. Sofa beds are charged at £150 for children of 12 years up to 18 years old. These rates are inclusive of full English breakfast. Cots for infants up to 3 years of age are free of charge. We do also have interconnecting rooms available.
Pets are welcome and there will be a charge of £35 per pet per stay. A maximum of 2 pets per room are allowed. Our pet friendly rooms include our Master rooms and Deluxe Suites that will have access to outside space. These rooms are subject to availability. We kindly request that dogs are kept on a lead at all times.
The Royal Crescent Hotel & Spa recently unveiled brand new state-of-the-art facilities at The Bath House, adding to its award-winning Spa offering. It has since won the World Spa Award ‘World’s Best Country House Hotel Spa’. The Bath House offers guests and members world-class facilities, in stunning contemporary surroundings.
In addition to the Relaxation Pool at the Spa, The Bath House also houses the Vitality Pool – a luxurious pool with massage jets positioned to aid relaxation and release tension in the back and calves. The Himalayan Salt Infused Sauna allows guests to relax and enjoy the many natural healing properties of salt therapy, which benefits include improving skin conditions and strengthening the immune system. The Blossom Steam Inhalation Room provides the perfect place to unwind; with soothing steam and fresh aromas of eucalyptus and menthol, users can enjoy its purifying and detoxifying benefits at their leisure.
