Great West Way offers a range of trade-focused sales and educational opportunities designed to build product knowledge and support the development of bookable programmes along the route.
Educational Discovery Visits and Virtual Sales Training Webinars enable the trade to experience destinations, attractions and accommodation along and within easy reach of the Great West Way, supporting confident sales and programme development.
These opportunities are available to Great West Way Official Tour Operators and Distribution Partners, including tour operators, wholesalers and coach operators. Support is also extended to travel agents, group travel organisers and the travel trade press, subject to eligibility.
We also provide a bespoke self-drive itinerary development service for eligible businesses, introducing trade partners to tourism suppliers suitable for group and FIT contracting, helping streamline product creation and market-ready programme development.

To support Discovery Visits, we require advance information on your business profile, target markets and preferred visit dates. A minimum of one month's notice is required.
Complimentary entry is offered at the discretion of individual attractions (typically limited to two adults). Seasonal opening times may apply. Accommodation providers are often happy to host trade appointments and site inspections. Standard visitor terms and conditions apply.
