We are a small, friendly museum situated in the heart of Wiltshire.
The majority of our 100+ exhibits are cars from the 1920’s onwards.
We also have a collection of motorcycles, mopeds and bicycles. You can also see interesting motoring memorabilia, our Jack Spittle Model Lorry Collection and a reconstructed 1930’s style garage complete with vehicles.
Our display of motorsport exhibits is growing. We currently have two very special Williams FW Formula 1 cars on display and we host the Jack French Garage, where Jack designed and built many Austin 7 based 750 Formula ‘Specials’. Visit our Motorsport page for more information.
The Museum has plenty of parking for visitors and a range of activities for our younger visitors. A selection of hot and cold drinks and snacks are available to purchase in our reception together with a seating area. There is wheelchair access to the museum and toilets.
Well behaved dogs are welcome.
