Real, fresh bread straight from the oven - bliss! No additives, preservatives or flavour enhancers - just a few simple ingredients and some know-how.
You will be making:
- a white bread dough from which you will make: 2 mini loaves, a focaccia-style loaf; a pizza
- nutritious wholegrain spelt dough from which you will make some dinner rolls
- quick and easy soda bread.
Whatever your skill level the small group size enables you to get plenty of attention, whether you want to be helped or stretched. You will be working in a friendly and sociable environment.
