About

Nowadays there are free-from products readily available in supermarkets but they are highly processed, expensive and just don't taste as good as homemade. This hands on gluten free cookery session will help you understand more about how to bake successfully without gluten with recipes that you can use again and again at home.

On the menu for Afternoon Tea:
- Scones - sweet & savoury. Delicious freshly-baked but also will freeze well for another day
- Coffee & Walnut Cake - a tasty treat and the recipe can easily be adapted for other flavour combinations
- Profiteroles - just as good without gluten as with - you need to know the tips and techniques though.

You will finish the session with afternoon tea, tasting some of what you have made - but there will also be plenty to take away.
