Make a model Dragon Boat - 28 October 2019 10:30 am - 12:30 pm
Take inspiration from dragon boats and an ancient Greek trireme to construct a ship with awesome oars and a fearsome fiery figurehead. You will be introduced to simple woodworking skills using balsa and bamboo and take home your own model boat. 7-11 years £8.50 per child.

Make little people from card and real twigs then find out about what happen to minibeasts and creatures that live in the woodland as Autumn arrives. 4-7 years. Children under 7 must be accompanied by an adult. £8.50 per child.
Wild Wood on Halloween – 31 October 2019 10:30- 4:00 pm
Discover the nocturnal creatures of the Wild Wood for Halloween and find out how they adapt to the dark. Create an autumn picture with things that appear only at night, make a shadow puppet and get crafty designing spooky spiders, hair-raising hedgehogs and eerie owls. Follow the wild wood trail with a home-made lantern to collect a tasty treat! Free with admission.
