Following the success of Juanita's previous sessions, we are delighted to welcome her back to Vaughan's Cookery School to offer another amazing sounding menu.
She is as charismatic off screen as on (or even more so) and, as well as being very gifted with combining ingredients and creating wonderful dishes, during the course of the series, she demonstrated her ability to present her food in an artistic and enticing way.
She will also give some background stories about being on the programme.
The Menu for this course includes;
· Turkish spiced quail, cumin flatbreads, green olive salsa and orange dressing
· ‘Wild Meatballs’ with hand rolled pici pasta – Pheasant meatballs, pici pasta, tomato and basil sauce
· Cardamom poached apricots with home-made shortbread
