We are a national charity providing free community yoga in nature on Sunday mornings; 9:30- 10:30. We run from May to September and our mission is to improve health and wellbeing. Everyone’s welcome to attend- regardless of age, background or ability.
Park Yoga is free and there is no need to book. Just show up with a mat or towel and some water and enjoy!
