In her twenties, Catherine spent some time in charge of the pastry kitchen at Le Gavroche, Michel Roux Jnr's Michelin-starred restaurant in London. In this session Catherine will teach you the tips and techniques she uses that help a professional kitchen turn out perfect patisserie every time.
