This course requires two sessions.
The course is designed to give a thorough knowledge and understanding of facts, procedures and ideas in nutrition that will help you to address straight-forward problems relating to nutrition. You will be able to interpret relevant information and ideas and will be aware of a range of information that is relevant for healthy eating. It involves guided training which is delivered in an interactive way, finishing with a 1 hour multiple choice question paper.
This course is useful for anyone involved in the food industry, parents, carers, teachers and those who are interested in learning more about healthy eating.

At the end you will receive a RSPH Level 2 Award in Nutrition for Health qualification!
A nutritious lunch that will accommodate any special dietary needs will be provided.
