Catherine Maxwell, a highly qualified and experienced award-winning chef, has worked with Spanish chefs in the past and has learnt many tips and techniques that will help you make authentic Spanish food.
In this session you will learn how to make:
- 'coco malagueña ' the amazing dish from Catalonia
- proper patas bravas
- saffron alioli
- chorizo cooked in red wine and bay leaves
- A-Z of sherry, it's not just about Harvey's Bristol cream!!!
