Want to reach the ultimate state of relaxation? Join Lucy Alice Yoga for a truly unique and heart-warming yoga class accompanied by live music. This magical class is sure to be a yoga session like no other!
You will be guided through a restorative flow and stretch yoga class accompanied by the wonderful musical duo Two Headed Cobra in the impressively restored church, The Mount Without.
Two Headed Cobra provide live improvised musical accompaniment for yoga and meditation. Combining harp, guitars, voice, keys and flute, they create musical vibes that are inspired by the healing Solfeggio frequencies. They adapt their music to work in harmony with the changing energy of the yoga instructor and practitioners!
Bristol based singer-songwriter and music educator Samuel Powell and professional harpist Emmy, have created Two Headed Cobra to combine their joy of jamming together with their appreciation of yoga in a way that will benefit others.
