Ever wanted to learn the art of pasta-making? This hands-on masterclass, set in the inviting atmosphere of Iford Manor Kitchen's restaurant, is designed for anyone eager to master the craft of creating fresh pasta and sauces from scratch.

Participants will enjoy a full day of interactive instruction with head chef Matthew Briddon. Chef Briddon will demonstrate the techniques needed to make, shape, stuff, and cut fresh pasta, alongside crafting a selection of sauces and garnishes to complement the dishes.

The course covers the creation of 12 different pasta shapes, including Pappardelle, Ravioli, Fettuccine, and Pici, as well as an array of flavorful sauces and pestos.

The day also includes refreshments, a delightful 2-course lunch in the restaurant, and all materials and ingredients necessary for the experience.
