If you read most Katsu Curry recipes they will include 'Curry Powder' and we don't like to add just a generic curry powder we like to make our own! Did you know that there are 18 different spices that go into a Japanese Curry Powder? Our Asian Fusion class will teach you each element of these spices as well as:
Katsu Curry: Once your curry blend is created you will prepare the rest of the Katsu sauce ingredients, create your own panko breadcrumbs and bread your chicken or Quorn fillets
Pickled Cucumber: Refreshing and delicious this instant pickle is a great side dish
Spicy Slaw: This colourful, crunchy slaw can be spiced up with fresh ginger and chillies, it is so healthy and tasty
Edamame Beans: One of my favourite things to snack on, you will blanch the pods and then create a dressing to toss them in
