The annual celebration of children's books returns to Bath, welcoming the biggest and best authors and illustrators to the city. From much-loved authors Cressida Cowell and Chris Riddell, to Jacqueline Wilson and Michael Rosen, plus familiar faces such as Elmer the Elephant and Percy the Park Keeper, expect a fun programme of talks, workshops, signings and readings.
