Storyteller Tom Marshman (Old Market REMIXED) returns to Weston-super-Mare after almost 30 years - he remembers the seaside town, his youth, the characters that surrounded him then and the devastating effect of AIDS
7.30pm | £12 (£10 conc.)
Brothers Across the Decades is an important, delicate show and a reminder of the importance of intergenerational dialogue between LGBTQ+ people, a poignant celebration and mingling of voices past and present.
Originally funded by Historic England's Heritage Action Zone Cultural Programme as part of 21st Century Super Shrines; a 3 year programme that animates the high street with experiences and artworks co-created with local communities. Commissioned by Theatre Orchard and Culture Weston.
"To tell all would remove the magic, but this deeply engaging story is electrified by Marshman's retelling of the people who hold the space and move through."
