Buskers' Banquet combines the best of Bristol's independent food and performing arts scene to create an amazing festival celebrating delicious flavours and incredible music.

**What to expect:**

- A unique evening showcasing the best of Bristol's food and music scene
- Delicious, bespoke two-course meal from Bristol's most impressive culinary talents
- Two live acoustic performances from Bristol-based musicians.

The chef will have the opportunity to create, share and discuss their specially-curated menu. The performers will be able to treat the audience to an intimate acoustic gig, giving guests a special insight into their world.

- Kentucky black lamb OR corn ribs with sides of crushed new potatoes with wild garlic, chimichurri, texas toast, pickles.

- *Dessert:*
- Snickerdoodle ice cream sandwiches OR vegan cookie ice cream sandwich

**The Chef: Big Nath's BBQ**

Nath always dreamt of being a chef and it was lockdown that allowed him the time to create chaos in the kitchen, perfecting Big Nath's signature BBQ sauce recipe. Teamed with Kinsey, his life and business partner, they began with a couple of small BBQ events before moving on to street food and never looking back!
