**The Chef: Greenhouse plant-based dining**
The ethos of Greenhouse Plant Based Dining is food sustainability. The dishes that Rachel creates are a celebration of seasonal produce and put vegetables centre stage!
She takes delight in using organic and locally grown produce (even the flours, grains and pulses are grown in the UK). Each plate is bold, vibrant and delicious with local plants and world flavours showing people that 'eating for the environment' can be delicious, exciting and accessible.
**The Music**
Chrissie Huntley - Chrissie's vocals have featured on tunes toured around the world by the likes of drum and bass champions GRAFIX and Artino, as well as providing backing vocals for a number of highly respected artists, such as Natalie Weiss, Wasuremono and Ben Cipolla.
Chrissie's soulful sound is just that: full of soul, by genre and by philosophy. Having been likened to vocal heavyweights such as Beyonce, Lianne La Havas & Joss Stone and coined in Brazil as possessing "one of the best vocals of recent times" (Os Garatos de Liverpool), Chrissie's unique voice is one not to be missed.
