**The Menu: To be announced**
**The Chef: Jikoni East Africa**
"Jikoni East Africa is a St Paul's based food business showcasing the food culture of East Africa, with traditional and inspired by dishes from Kenya, Somalia, Ethiopia, Eritrea and Tanzania.
Chefs Iman and James have been perfecting the menus since they met back in 2017, drawing inspiration from Iman's exploration of the Nairobi childhood food scene as a youth, her mother's Somalian home cooking and drawing on James's love of food and experience in the industry.
Iman "I used to find myself craving the fabulous variety of dishes from all over East Africa I could find through street food traders in Nairobi, it was such a magical place to grow up in and explore as a teenager, it left an unforgettable inprint, so we decided to bring the magic to life in Bristol!"
**The Music:**
Jack Llorac
Samuel Wulf
Buskers' Banquet offers unique performances for each venue, celebrating some of Bristol's talented musicians.
