Classic Thai
This class combines two Thai dishes that are known as Classic Thai Food, Tom Yum Soup and Massaman Curry which will be served with a fragrant rice
Tom Yum Soup: This is such a creative soup and you can choose from a multitude of ingredients to create your very own soup. We will teach you how to combine the Sweet, Sour and Salty flavours that are so typically Thai to flavour your soup.
Massaman Curry: This is seen as a classic Thai dish but actually has some Persian influences. It is rich and flavoursome and slightly sweet, the spice level can be adjusted to suit you! Roasted peanuts are a traditional addition but let us know if you are allergic so we ensure this is no peanut dust in the air
Please let us know if you would like Chicken or Tofu Massaman curry. We will also have some Beef curry to try but it takes too long to cook for this class!
Classes are suitable for individuals and pairs
