Drawing for Mindfulness

About

Join local designer Emily for a 90 minute drawing session in Nook's beautiful calm setting.

These are really relaxed sessions and all experience levels are welcome - you will not be expected to create a masterpiece! The idea is to use the session to unwind, and get some of the feelings and stresses from your week out of your head and onto your page.

There will be a 10 minute break in the middle of the session where the cafe will be serving wonderful cakes, coffees and so on - but you are welcome to get up and purchase drinks and snacks throughout the session if you would like.

The sessions run every other week starting on Wednesday 19th April. (3rd May, 17th May, 31st May, 14th June, etc)

Tickets
£7 per session, or £5 per session if booking more than 3 weeks in a block.

All profits from this event will go to Julia's House Children's Hospice.
