Immerse yourself in the woodland at the American Museum & Gardens and learn all about forest bathing. Take time to appreciate the beauty of the trees and the peace of the woodland together, and enjoy an hour of yoga and guided meditation before finishing with a healthy brunch at the American Garden Deli.
