About

Menu: Balti, Chapatis & Samosas
Description: Balti literally means bucket which refers to how it is served and there are debates as to whether it originated in Adils restaurant in Birmingham in 1977 or in Baltistan a country that borders China and Pakistan. Wherever it is from it is certainly delicious and our Balti recipe incorporates a grand total of 9 spices. You will also master the Art of Samosa folding and create your own spice mix for your Samosas following our Spice Masterclass.
Pricing: £35 per person
