About

True Indian food is very different from that served in many Indian takeaways and restaurants in Wiltshire and beyond. Led by Peter Vaughan he will guide you through;
• making your own garam marsala and creating a 'spice intensity that suits your palate
• oven baked samosas
• garam aloo
• tarka dhal
• quick aromatic rice pilaff
• (possibly) the best bhajis in Wiltshire

A busy hands-on class. You will get to taste some wonderful food that you have created at the end of the evening when you will have supper, with a glass of wine.
