Peter will take you on a culinary journey involving a wide range of spices and wonderful textures and colours and help you create some delicious food that you would find for sale on the streets in this colourful country.
He will guide your through:
- making your own garam marsala and creating a 'spice intensity' that suits your palate
- oven baked samosas
- garam aloo
- tarka dhal
- quick aromatic rice pilaff
- (possibly) the best bharjis in Wiltshire
