About

Menu: Batbout, Bessara, Zaalouk, Tabbouleh, Briouats & Kefta Kebabs

Description: This Moroccan Feast class has some fairly unusual names so here is what they mean:

Batbout = Moroccan Pita Bread, fried on the hob instead of baked

Bessara = we call this the Moroccan alternative to Hummus, made with Broadbeans and featuring Sweet Paprika it is delicious and great with crudites

Zaalouk = can either be a dip or a side dish, it's base is aubergine cooked with lots of lovely Moroccan spices

Tabbouleh = a Bulghar Wheat Moroccan salad which you can create to your taste and you'll make your very own Spice Mix to go with it

Briouats = the easiest way to describe these tasty Ricotta and Spinach bites is a Moroccan Samosa!

Kefta Kebabs = fairly self explanatory this one and you can choose from Sweet Potato & Chickpea or our own Galloway Beef

Pricing: £35 per person
