In this taster session join a professional instructor to learn the basics of Nordic walking. Learn to get more out of walking, meet other walkers and enjoy beautiful walking routes around Stourhead. Your instructor will introduce you to a variety of walking techniques, both with poles and without, that will exercise your whole body and relax your mind. Sessions can be tailored to any skill and ability level.
