Come along this outdoor circuits class led by by Russ Athletic Fitness!
This exercise class is suitable for all levels of fitness, and will feature a combination of cardio, core, weights, plyometrics and boxing. You'll burn calories, melt fat and tone muscles.
This class is open to everyone! Your first session is free then £5 thereafter.
Time/Day: Every Wednesday 12:30 – 1:15 pm.
Location: Our private Berkeley Crescent on Berkeley Square (located just behind Pizza Bianchi!)
