In celebration of Armed Forces Day, we're hosting our first ever REME Museum Extravaganza! This fun-filled open day will take place throughout the entire Museum grounds, including the galleries and garden spaces! This event combines the best parts of our previous Armed Forces Day events with a traditional Summer Fete, so expect an exciting day out for all the family with loads to get involved in!
Featuring:
A display of vehicles from our Reserve Collection; Bouncy castle; Interactive training aids and activities from the Corps Engagement Team; Classic games like hook-a-duck, archery, shooting gallery, goal kick and more; Inflatable axe throwing; Serving personnel supervising activities and interacting with visitors to talk about their experiences in the Corps.
Refreshments will be available to purchase from Crown's Café, which will only be open to visitors with a ticket to the event.
