Somerset based Sam Crockatt is rated as one of the UK's leading saxophonist, best known for his three excellent albums 'Howeird' (Album of the Year, Parliamentary Jazz Awards), 'Flood Tide' and the critically acclaimed 'Mells Bells'(Whirlwind Records).
Tonight Sam brings his superb quartet to the Bristol Music Club featuring the brilliant pianist Rebecca Nash, the exceptional Danish bassist Henrik Jensen and one of the country's best drummers the remarkable Dave Smith. The band will be playing Sam's wonderful original compositions combined with some interesting arrangements of well known jazz standards.
