Tom Dodd, our Chef responsible for Events, has a passion for the food from this part of Europe. Not only a well qualified and experienced chef, Tom has an engaging teaching presence and you will have a really good evening, as well as coming away with skills and recipes you can use over and over again.
In this session you will learn how to make:
- 'coco malagueña ' the amazing dish from Catalonia
- proper patas bravas
- saffron alioli
- chorizo cooked in red wine and bay leaves
- A-Z of sherry, it's not just about Harvey's Bristol cream!!!
