The Aquarias Spa is a place to restore mind and body, to reset and recharge. The beautiful honey stone building exudes a calming and relaxing environment that whispers “switch off” as you walk through the doors. Immerse yourself in the experiences, the indoor/ outdoor hydrotherapy pool; stretching out on the heated stone recliners, indulging in the therapeutic benefits of the salt scrub showers and thermal suite. The gym is equipped with cardio, weights and free weights, ideal for keeping up with your fitness goals whilst travelling. Experience the magic of social dining in a warm, relaxed atmosphere. The menu is inspired by bringing people together over food. With a mix of global influences and locally sourced ingredients, every dish tells a story. Choose mostly small plates with some larger plates featured on the menu too.

The Dining Room

Try the innovative Chef’s menus with specially selected wines in the highly acclaimed restaurant The Dining Room, with One Michelin Star and 4 AA Rosettes headed up by Executive Chef Ricki Weston. Along with flavour, precision and skill sustainability is at the helm when creating the menu. A zero-waste ethos runs through every corner of the kitchen and grounds, from the honey collected from the hotel’s own bees to vegetables grown in the Kitchen Garden.
