The Tailor of Gloucester is busy working on an extraordinary new coat for the Mayor which must be ready for Christmas Day. Meanwhile, his naughty cat Simpkin is busy chasing mice. When the Tailor suddenly gets poorly, someone is going to have to help to make sure the coat is completed. Who will come to the rescue and make sure Christmas is saved?
