About

Real, fresh bread straight from the oven - bliss! No additives, preservatives or flavour enhancers - just a few simple ingredients and some know-how.

You will be making:
- a white bread dough from which you will make: 2 mini loaves, a focaccia-style loaf; a pizza
- nutritious wholegrain spelt dough from which you will make some dinner rolls
- quick and easy soda bread.

Sitting down to eat your pizza with a glass of wine will complete the experience and you will have plenty of goodies to take away with you.
