As seen during BBC coverage of the Chelsea Flower Show in 2025, Bristol Rare Plants & Orchid Fair returns on Saturday 18 April 2026, bringing together specialist growers and extraordinary plants from across the UK and beyond.
Now in its third year, the fair has quickly established itself as one of the South West's most exciting events for plant lovers and collectors. Visitors can expect a wide selection of rare orchids, unusual aroids, carnivorous plants, begonias, alpines and distinctive outdoor plants not typically found in garden centres.
Exhibitors include independent nurseries and international growers, offering the opportunity to see and purchase exceptional plants while speaking directly with the experts who grow them.
Talks and demonstrations will take place throughout the day, and international nursery Ecuagenera will be returning from Ecuador with their sought-after aroids and orchids.
The venue offers full disabled access and toilet facilities, with local Bristol-based food and drink vendors on site throughout the day.
An Autumn edition of the fair will also take place on 26 September 2026.
