Bristol has an incredible maritime history, shown off along two nautical miles of harbourside that just keeps getting better and better.
The Bristol Shanty Festival has celebrated songs of the sea for 5 years now, and for 2025, they are focusing the action around Brunel Square next to Brunel's SS Great Britain and Underfall Yard, with performances throughout the weekend.
Expect the very best sea shanty crews, groups and choirs from counties within a day's sail.
The Bristol Sea Shanty Festival is organised by High and Dry with venue support from Brunel’s SS Great Britain and the Underfall Yard.
