Open and free to all, you will be running on Thursday lunchtimes leaving Square Works at 1pm, to be back by 1:45pm at the latest.
This will be a steady pace run, aiming for around 5k, with some warm up and down time either side.
There is a '100% no pressure' rule, meaning that if you can't make one week, then do not worry! They always welcome to newcomers. This is not a set programme, just a casual activity.
