This Italian class will teach you two classic Italian dishes made the traditional way. It is all about skills and good ingredients.
Risotto: Once the risotto rice is in the pan it is all about patience and adding all the extra ingredients to make it really special and so delicious
Lasagne: Making pasta from scratch is a wonderful skill and the end result is so satisfying. We then make a rich tomato ragu and cook the Galloway beef mince (from our farm), Quorn can be used for vegetarians. Learn how to make a creamy white sauce and then start layering all the elements with some handy hints to make it extra tasty and look amazing!
